Job summary

TCS Interactive seeks a Mid-Weight UX/Product Designer in the UK to design intuitive, accessible digital products. You will work in cross-functional teams, from discovery to delivery, shaping journeys and prototypes with a focus on user needs and business goals.

You'll apply service-design thinking, partner with researchers and technologists, and contribute to end-to-end experiences across channels while upholding accessibility and inclusive design.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating user-centred digital products or services.
• Strong understanding of UX design, IA and interaction design.
• Experience creating journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Ability to use research and data to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with service design methods and touchpoint analysis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery.
• Define user journeys, tasks, flows and interactions across products.
• Produce sketches, wireframes, prototypes and journey maps.
• Collaborate with researchers, product teams and engineers.
• Apply accessibility and inclusive-design principles throughout.
