Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to plan and run user research activities.
• Lead the design of UX research activities and ensure inclusive execution.
• Recruit participants, prepare data collection methods, and moderate sessions.
• Analyse data and trends, working with analytics to create a clear picture of user behaviour.
• Communicate findings to help teams understand users and their needs.
• Turn research findings into stories and actions for product features and services.
• Contribute to the User Centred Design Communities of Practice and share best practices.
• Design inclusive research sessions accessible to all users.
• Apply data protection, security, and ethics requirements in research.
• Stay updated on UX research, trends, and AI developments; support team development.
