Job summary

The role sits within the Design department, collaborating with Product, Sales and Engineering to turn complex technologies into clear, credible value stories. The position is UK-based with hybrid working and requires travel to Bristol; candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or solution marketing within technology, engineering, or defence/security sectors.
• Proven ability to craft and articulate value propositions for complex technical products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market and competitor analysis.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience working with design to translate concepts into visuals and assets.
• Familiarity with government or B2G procurement environments advantageous.
• Pragmatic, organised, and able to operate in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Translate complexity into clear, resonant stories for engineers, operators and decision-makers.
• Create scalable, technically rich content for sales and government affairs teams.
• Understand markets, users, and competitors across defence and national security.
• Work with designers to visualize complex systems with diagrams and visuals.
• Deliver a coherent experience across demos, events, print materials and digital platforms.
