You will work across sales, product and engineering, translating customer needs into technical requirements and supporting trials and demonstrations. Qualifications

• Strong background in RF systems, communications, tactical networking or EW.
• Experience with defence or mission-critical customers.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support sales conversations, technical briefings and customer demonstrations for Rowden's sensing and communications portfolio.
• Work with customers to understand operational requirements and deployment environments.
• Translate customer needs and field feedback into actionable product, engineering and commercial inputs.
• Deploy to field exercises and demos in the UK and internationally, including system setup and troubleshooting.
• Engage with industry partners on integrations and joint project opportunities.
• Track market, technology and customer trends in sensing, communications, and EW.
• Support the commercial team in qualifying opportunities and value delivery.
