Job summary

You will turn complex sensing, AI, and communications into clear, compelling value stories for defence, CNI and emergency services, shaping how products reach the market.

This role is UK-based with hybrid working and regular travel to Bristol. Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or solution marketing within technology, engineering, or defence/security sectors.
• Proven ability to craft and articulate value propositions for complex technical products.
• Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market and competitor analysis.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills - comfortable communicating to both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience working with creative and design functions to translate concepts into compelling visuals, campaigns, and assets.
• Familiarity with government or B2G procurement environments advantageous.
• Pragmatic, organised, and confident working in a fast-growing company where systems and playbooks are still being built.

Responsibilities

• Translate complexity into clear value stories by connecting sensing, networking and device management tech to operational resilience.
• Build scalable, technically rich content for sales and government affairs teams.
• Understand markets, users and competitors across defence and national security to craft compelling narratives.
• Collaborate with designers to visually represent systems through diagrams, animations and assets.
• Deliver a coherent experience across demos, events, print materials, and owned media channels.
