Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of the Truck Tyre fleet market desirable but not essential.
• Office 365 Knowledge
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Experience of working as part of a team striving towards excellence.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer requests for tyre related breakdown assistance within targets and timescales.
• Deliver a high level of Customer Service on all calls.
• Adhere to work instructions and compliance measures.
• Ensure data quality and maintain company quality standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and escalate issues as needed.
• Carry out administrative duties accurately and undertake other duties to support the office.
• Work as part of a rotation with training at Ivybridge office.
