Responsibilities

• Process onboarding requests for strategic customers and manage sales orders.
• Handle month-end billing activities and ensure timely invoice distribution.
• Maintain customer master data including purchase orders and billing addresses.
• Support billing exception management, credit requests, and rebills.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for token shipments and MFA returns.
• Maintain tracking records and required dispatch reports.
