Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking three Business Development Executives for a hybrid role in South West London. The base salary is up to £35,000 with additional commission and a range of benefits.

Ideal candidates have a background in travel sales, outbound calling, or recruitment, and a proven track record of meeting targets. The role focuses on building a strong client base through outbound efforts and meetings with senior teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a travel-related sales role preferred.
• Open to candidates from outbound calling or recruitment backgrounds.
• Must be target driven and results oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Build a targeted prospect list aligned with client profiles.
• Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, events and campaigns.
• Engage prospects and identify where value can be added.
• Book high-quality meetings for yourself and the senior commercial team.
• Maintain momentum with timely follow ups.
• Track weekly metrics: contacts, activities, opportunities, outcomes, next steps.
• Assist in proposals, presentations and tenders.
• Participate in discovery meetings with prospective clients.
