Travel Agency is seeking a Travel Agency Support & Commercial Executive to join its team in a hybrid role based in Surrey. The position combines travel trade support with commercial duties and offers a base salary of up to £34,000 plus a bonus, along with a range of benefits for an experienced travel professional.

You will support the field Sales team, manage relationships with travel agents, maintain profiles, and assist with commercial initiatives and campaigns.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data management skills across multiple platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to the field Sales team and Business Development Executive.
• Act as a key point of contact for travel agents and tour operators, building and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Monitor the agency support mailbox, ensuring enquiries and requests are responded to within 48 hours.
• Create and maintain travel agent profiles within the company's booking system.
• Support the development and administration of commercial agreements and preferred partner arrangements with travel agencies.
• Assist with the planning, implementation and tracking of commercial initiatives and sales campaigns.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to coordinate and deliver marketing and promotional requests.
