Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a hands-on Transition Manager in London to govern and deliver a major mobilisation and transition programme. You will collaborate with the Key Account Director, senior leadership, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure milestones, budgets, risks and expectations are managed effectively.

The role balances strategic planning with on-the-ground delivery, coordinating across ISS service lines to mobilise services into new locations while minimising disruption

Qualifications

• Experienced project professional balancing strategic planning with operational delivery.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in mobilisation and transition of services while maintaining continuity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project, transition and mobilisation plan and programme of works.
• Coordinate activities across ISS service lines and support SMEs and operational teams.
• Manage project governance, reporting, risk registers, issues and dependencies.
• Lead and coordinate the People & Culture transition process, including union consultations.
• Manage project costs, budgets, procurement activities and equipment plans.
• Develop and maintain RACI matrices, training plans and competency frameworks.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide weekly executive summary reports to internal and customer stakeholders.
