Job summary

Empro Business Group is seeking a Mobilisation Manager to lead service transitions and mobilisations across multiple sites. You will drive delivery with cross-functional teams, SMES and third-party providers, ensuring high-quality outcomes for the client and end user.

You will manage governance, budget and stakeholder communications, coaching teams to achieve steady-state operations post go-live. A strong track record in migration projects within the built environment is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the Facilities Management (FM) sector.
• 5+ years in change and transformation (including mobilisations).
• Consulting and project management experience within the Built Environment.
• Proven track record delivering high-profile mobilisations and transitions.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• High integrity, EQ and ability to work with C-Suite level Execs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobilisation delivery, coordinating Workstream Leads, SMEs and third-party providers.
• Direct a cross-site, multi-organisational team to ensure seamless service go-live.
• Set clear roles, responsibilities and performance expectations for the mobilisation team.
• Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships and manage communications and risk.
• Governance: manage mobilisation budget and resource allocation across stages.
• Chair regular review meetings to report progress, risks and dependencies.
