Job summary

La Fosse Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to join a skilled team delivering bids, mobilisations, transformations and operational programmes across sales and delivery life cycles.

You will work with senior stakeholders to define scope, establish governance and produce robust transition plans, ensuring clarity under pressure and effective prioritisation of competing demands.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects or workstreams within complex programmes.
• Knowledge of bids, mobilisations, service transitions, transformations and exits.
• Experience across sales and delivery life cycles, ideally within an outsourced service provider.
• Strong planning, scheduling and estimating skills.
• Practical experience managing RAID, governance, reporting and change control.

Transition Manager

Our consultancy client is looking to recruit an experienced Transition Manager to join a highly skilled team who run bids, mobilisations, transformations and operational programmes.

Working closely with Principal Transition Leads, Transition Directors and senior stakeholders, you will help turn complex customer requirements into clear, credible and deliverable transition plans. You will bring structure, control and confidence to programmes throughout the sales and delivery life cycles.

We're looking for an experienced programme or transition professional who is comfortable working across both sales and delivery environments. You will be able to bring clarity to ambiguity, operate effectively under pressure and manage several competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop robust transition, mobilisation and implementation plans.
