Job summary

Experian Information Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to guide enterprise-wide change, shaping strategy and delivering measurable customer and business impact across functions.

You'll lead large transformation programmes, build compelling business cases, champion automation and AI-enabled improvements, and embed governance and continuous improvement across the organisation. This role offers hybrid working with 40% office-based presence.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with experience leading complex, cross-functional improvement programmes and delivering validated business benefits.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving change within matrix organisations where resources are not directly owned.
• Experience delivering transformation across multiple areas, including customer journeys, operating models, business processes, technology, data, controls, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the roadmap, aligning transformation activity with strategic priorities.
• Identify improvement opportunities using customer insight, operational data, financial analysis, and performance metrics.
• Lead large-scale transformation programmes spanning customer journeys, operating models, business processes, technology, and service delivery.
• Build compelling business cases and secure sponsorship from senior partners.
• Deliver complex Lean projects from initial diagnosis through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Champion automation, AI-enabled solutions, process mining, workflow optimisation, and digital improvement opportunities.
• Establish governance, controls, and process ownership to ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Be an internal consultant, providing expert guidance on complex challenges.
