Job summary

Experian Information Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior transformation lead to drive roadmaps and align initiatives with corporate priorities across customer journeys, operating models, and processes.

You will build compelling business cases, secure sponsorship from senior partners, and deliver large-scale Lean initiatives with automation, AI, and process mining. This fixed-term, hybrid role requires exceptional storytelling skills, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with experience leading complex, cross-functional improvement programmes and delivering validated business benefits.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving change within matrix organisations where resources are not directly owned.
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and create compelling narratives that drive action.
