Job summary

The York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority is recruiting a Transformation and Change Projects Manager to lead a portfolio of organisational transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Change, you will coordinate complex projects across the Authority, ensuring benefits realisation and alignment with the Corporate Plan.

You will combine project and programme discipline with business analysis, data insights and strong stakeholder engagement to shape new operating

Qualifications

• Experience in project, programme, transformation or change management.
• Track record delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience of organisational change or service improvement.
• Strong governance, risk management and benefits realisation knowledge.
• Business analysis activities such as process mapping and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a portfolio of transformation projects.
• Work with leaders and partners to design and implement change.
• Embed new ways of working and strengthen governance.
• Analyse data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Support development of Target Operating Model.
