Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience of project management techniques and tools.
• Ability to lead, manage and inspire project teams.
• Experience of managing complex stakeholders and resources to deliver organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of large-scale, complex projects (and programmes) with senior colleagues and partners.
• Shape project governance, map decision routes and plan with precision to stay on track.
• Support and coach others involved in delivering change within the Projects and Programmes team.
