Job summary

The CFO Centre in Swindon Head Office is seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to drive growth across the UK. You’ll speak with business owners, CEOs and Managing Directors, uncover challenges, and connect them with CFO experts.

This consultative sales role emphasizes relationship building, opportunity creation, and setting high-quality appointments. You’ll work with Marketing and Sales to maintain a healthy pipeline and contribute to campaign success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, business development, lead generation or appointment setting.
• Strong track record of working towards and exceeding targets.
• Experience engaging decision‑makers within a B2B environment.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality sales opportunities for Regional Directors across the UK.
• Follow up on leads from campaigns, events, content and referrals; book high‑quality meetings.
• Engage senior decision makers and build client relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data quality and compliance.
