Job summary

Ruckus Networks UK is seeking a Telesales Executive to generate leads within the Sales & Marketing Team. You will conduct proactive outbound calls, identifying decision makers and sales opportunities to meet activity targets.

The role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Hybrid working is available with a focus on achieving sales KPIs.

Qualifications

• Ability to persuade and influence effectively at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a mix of existing customers and new prospects, including cold calling.
• Re-engage lapsed customers and identify sales opportunities through fact finding.
• Profile customer records and update the CRM to support marketing criteria.
