Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is seeking a Telesales Executive to join an established sales team near Leigh. The role involves proactive outbound calling to build a UK customer base, with a blend of new business and account management and a strong emphasis on long-term relationships and targets.

The position offers a basic salary of £30,000–£35,000 with uncapped commission and an expected OTE of £40,000–£45,000 in the first year, plus a hybrid working arrangement, pension, private health, free

Qualifications

• Previous strong experience in a similar role such as Sales Executive, Business Development Manager or Telesales Executive.
• You're a people person who loves building strong working relationships.
• You're self-motivated, tenacious and target driven.
• You have a confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Stable work history

Responsibilities

• Making proactive outbound calls to potential customers to build a database.
• Mixture of existing and new business as it progresses.
• Promoting and selling the company's products and services by contacting UK-wide key personnel.
• Proactively calling potential customers to develop them into accounts.
• Managing customer accounts on an ongoing basis to retain and develop them.
• Updating the database and passing orders to the admin team
• Developing product knowledge via company and manufacturer training
