Job summary

EVP Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a Building Services, BMS or HVAC controls background for their East Anglia team. Hybrid working is available and a competitive benefits package is included.

You will be the technical escalation point for complex engineering questions, diagnose faults in HVAC and BMS systems, review technical drawings, and support service engineers on site. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience within Building Services, HVAC, BMS, controls or commissioning.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities for complex systems.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical escalation point for complex engineering queries.
Investigate faults in HVAC products, controls and Building Management Systems.
Review site reports, drawings and documentation to identify root causes.
Guide service engineers and customers with technical guidance and support.
Attend customer sites for investigations and reviews when required.
Maintain accurate technical records in CRM and internal systems.
Identify recurring issues and support product or documentation improvements.
Support continuous improvement across technical support and engineering processes.
