Job summary

Bespoke Control Systems Ltd. in Crowland is seeking a Service and Support Engineer for a full-time hybrid role. You will diagnose and resolve issues in automation systems, supporting customers both remotely and on-site, and coordinating field visits as needed.

You will perform routine maintenance, repairs and commissioning of control panels, while collaborating with engineers to address complex problems and contribute to product improvements. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills to manage inquiries and build client relationships.
Experience troubleshooting automation systems, control panels and software (TIA Portal and Studio 5000).
Field service experience with on-site diagnostics, repairs and commissioning.
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
Technical qualification or apprenticeship in engineering or automation.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues for automation systems.
Provide remote and on-site support to customers.
Troubleshoot control panels and software and perform routine maintenance and repairs.
Document service activities and findings.
Coordinate field visits and ensure timely, high-quality technical support.
Collaborate with engineering and software teams to raise complex issues and contribute to product improvements.
