Source Group International is seeking a technically skilled Technical Support Analyst to join a growing software business serving police forces, local authorities and public sector organisations. The role focuses on SQL troubleshooting, application support, ticket management and direct customer interaction in a hybrid environment.

You will work with enterprise software, Windows IT infrastructure and ITIL-style incident handling, while maintaining clear customer communication and rigour in

Competenze

• Hands-on SQL for investigating and troubleshooting software issues.
• Experience supporting business-critical software systems.
• Experience with Zendesk, Jira or similar ticketing platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory user administration.
• Strong Windows operating system troubleshooting skills.
• Confident communication with external customers and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide technical and application support to police forces and public sector customers.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve SQL-related issues and application errors.
• Manage, prioritise and resolve support tickets using Zendesk, Jira or similar tools.
• Support Windows environments and IT infrastructure components.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers, communicating technical issues clearly.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents and improve reliability.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams and maintain ownership through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, incident records and knowledge base articles.
