Job summary
Wriggle Marketing is expanding its SEO team in Gosforth/ Newcastle and seeks a Technical SEO Consultant. You will own the technical SEO aspects of our client strategies, perform audits, fix issues and translate complex terms into plain language for clients.
This hybrid, full-time role is tailored to experience with two+ years in SEO and offers career development. You’ll work with the Head of SEO & Content and developers, collaborating across teams to drive tangible ROI.
Qualifications
- Two years’ experience or more in an SEO role with solid technical knowledge (crawling, indexation, site structure, structured data, Core Web Vitals).
- Experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics to guide work.
- Experience with Data Studio is a bonus for monthly reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical SEO aspect of client strategies with guidance from Head of SEO & Content.
- Run technical audits and crawls, addressing indexation, crawl budget, site structure, and page speed issues.
- Compile clear, prioritized recommendations for clients and developers to action.
