Job summary

IT Talent Solutions is seeking a driven SEO & GEO Specialist for a Hertfordshire based client, with flexibility for onsite or hybrid arrangements (minimum three days per week onsite).

You will own organic search strategies across multiple client accounts, blending traditional SEO with Generative Engine Optimisation to improve visibility, drive traffic and deliver measurable growth through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven SEO experience within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong technical SEO skills, including HTML, CSS and WordPress.
• Knowledge of AI-driven search and emerging GEO techniques.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, creative mindset with a genuine passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering SEO & GEO strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Optimising websites for Google, AI Overviews, SearchGPT and Perplexity.
• Conducting technical SEO audits, keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Managing on-page optimisation, local SEO and ethical link-building campaigns.
• Tracking performance through GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
