Job summary

Sierra Six Media Limited, based in Billericay, Essex, is expanding its SEO team and seeking two Technical SEO Executives to own the technical performance of client websites, run audits, diagnose issues, and drive improvements for long-term organic growth.

You will work mainly with SEO Account Managers, focusing on technical analysis, implementation support, and documentation within a supportive, flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

Minimum two years in a dedicated technical SEO role.
Proven audits using industry tools and ongoing monitoring.
Ability to translate technical findings into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

Work on 8–12 client sites delivering technical improvements.
Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals with developers.
Carry out in-depth technical audits across CMSs and site types.
Monitor crawlability, indexation, and visibility using SEO tools.
Review site architecture, internal linking, and URL structures for rankings and UX.
Identify issues like cannibalisation, thin content, duplication, and internal linking gaps.
Provide recommendations for content consolidation and improvement.
