Job summary

SER Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee corporate events across live, virtual, and hybrid formats. You will work with event agencies, production companies, and end clients to deliver technical solutions, manage budgets, equipment, crew and logistics from brief to on-site delivery.

The role combines office-based planning with travel to venues across the UK, requiring strong communication and a proactive, flexible approach to meet tight deadlines and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate event production, including quotations, budgets and on-site delivery.
• Direct agency or production company experience translating client briefs into technical solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of audio, lighting, video, rigging, set and staging.
• Experience managing multiple events simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets and client expectations are met.
• Build relationships with event agencies, production companies and end clients through meetings, site visits and production discussions.
• Develop technical proposals covering audio, lighting, video, rigging, staging, power and media.
• Prepare quotations, manage budgets and monitor costs.
• Produce CAD drawings and support visuals and pitch presentations.
• Coordinate equipment, crew, transport and schedules with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Manage pre-production, documentation and on-site setup, operation and breakdown.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve technical solutions and processes.
