Job summary

Live Recruitment is seeking an Event Production Manager to lead technical design and delivery for a global event portfolio. Work closely with in-house AV, production and creative teams from planning through post-event reconciliation.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, risk assessments and H&S documentation, coordinating suppliers and ensuring flawless on-site execution across conferences, incentives and gala dinners.

Qualifications

• Experience in live event production and technical delivery across video, lighting, audio, staging and scenic.
• Strong project management and scheduling skills.
• Supplier negotiation and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning, design and practical delivery across the full event portfolio.
• Produce schedules, kit lists, risk assessments, technical specs and CAD plans.
• Source and contract third-party suppliers, negotiating quotations for best value.
• Manage onsite technical production and troubleshoot during live events.
• Oversee budget drafting and post-event reconciliation for each project.
• Collate and sign off third-party risk assessments and H&S documentation.
• Deputise for senior production staff when required.
