Matchtech in London is seeking an Events & Construction Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex international event sites. You will coordinate multiple contractors, manage delivery programmes and ensure safe, on-time project execution across live operations and de-rig phases.

The role requires extensive travel and a strong track record in venue or infrastructure delivery, with a focus on safety, quality and stakeholder management. Hybrid working is offered with international travel.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience managing large-scale construction or venue delivery projects.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-contractor operations.
• Experience developing programmes, schedules and delivery plans.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex event sites from planning to live operations and de-rig.
• Coordinate on-site contractors, suppliers and delivery teams.
• Ensure delivery aligns with budgets and schedules and safety standards.
• Act as on-site authority across disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Oversee temporary infrastructure like hospitality facilities, grandstands and media centres.
• Manage site sequencing, logistics and access plans for efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing delivery performance and lessons learned.
