Prospero Integrated seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead corporate live events from enquiry to delivery. You will design production solutions across sound, lighting, video, staging and power, and manage budgets, schedules and client proposals.

This hybrid role involves travel to client sites and events, collaborating with agencies and production teams, and ensuring on-site delivery to high standards while maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical production for corporate live events.
• Experience handling quotations, budgets, project planning, crew and on-site delivery.
• Experience working with event agencies and production companies to deliver client solutions.
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual production including sound, lighting, video, rigging and staging.

Responsabilités

• Manage corporate event projects from enquiry to completion.
• Meet clients, agencies and production companies to determine requirements and solutions.
• Attend site visits and production meetings to confirm all requirements.
• Design creative production solutions across AV, staging, rigging, power and visuals.
• Prepare quotations, schedules and budgets with cost control.
• Produce CAD drawings and collaborate with media teams on visuals.
• Support client pitches and technical proposals.
• Coordinate with logistics to arrange crew, equipment and transport.
• Oversee on-site delivery, crew, equipment, transport and venues.
• Maintain health and safety standards and compliance with legislation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve equipment and processes.
• Keep up-to-date with live events technology.
