Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects from onboarding to completion.
• Serve as main contact for clients via phone, Teams and email.
• Build client relationships and ensure a first-class experience.
• Coordinate activity between clients and internal technical teams.
• Gather requirements, content and information needed for delivery.
• Monitor progress to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery timelines.
• Coordinate feedback and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Carry out quality checks before launch and provide client training.
