Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Java lead with Spring, microservices, and Kafka.
• Hands-on coding with production-grade Java applications and strong testing discipline.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving architectural decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture in partnership with the Head Architect
• Present architectural approaches and technical solutions to fellow Technical Leads
• Produce high-level documentation for agreed technical implementations
• Participate in design sessions, workshops and peer code reviews
• Write high-quality, well-tested production code and refactor legacy components
• Apply best-practice development techniques including design patterns and coding standards
• Contribute to user story creation, criteria, estimation and testing
• Engage in agile ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
• Stay current with emerging technologies aligned to business needs
• Mentor and coach engineering team members to support professional development
