Job summary

Clarify Consultancy Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong Java expertise to drive high-quality engineering across a modern, scalable software platform. This full-stack leadership role operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hybrid work option.

The successful candidate will bring deep Java Spring, microservices, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB and React.js experience, plus a solid grounding in design patterns and Domain-Driven Design.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Java/Spring and microservices.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead engineering teams.
• Hands-on with Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka, and MongoDB; strong UI with React.js.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture in partnership with the Head Architect.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members to support professional development.
• Write high-quality, production code and refactor legacy components.
• Participate in design sessions, code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies aligned to business needs.
