Job summary

Reevr is seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive in a hybrid role based near Wokingham. The position covers the South of England with visits to sites and customer sites, plus CRM-managed pipelines and close collaboration with engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a background in technical sales, a proactive mindset, and strong relationship-building skills. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
• Background within engineering, manufacturing, construction, building services, HVAC or another technical industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Confident discussing technical products and solutions.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Happy travelling across London and the South.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing customer and partner relationships.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Providing technical sales support throughout the customer journey.
• Carrying out customer and site visits when required.
• Managing your own sales pipeline using CRM.
• Working closely with engineering and commercial teams.
• Attending industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
• Supporting customers from initial enquiry through to project delivery.
