Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive in Wokingham. The role offers a £35,000–£42,000 base with a £4,500 car allowance and a performance-driven sales incentive. Hybrid working in Wokingham with regular travel across London, the South and Home Counties.

You'll manage installer accounts, convert leads to sales, and support a growing installer network while engaging in field-based activities and events to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, business development, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of installer accounts across the Southern region.
• Turn qualified leads into completed sales with installers.
• Review homeowner surveys, assess electrical setups and property requirements.
• Visit properties to assess complex heating and electrical systems and confirm product compatibility.
• Provide technical support to Pre-Sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and keep the territory sales pipeline moving.
• Attend trade shows and local events to generate leads and build relationships.
• Collaborate with National Sales Manager to increase sales across the territory.
