Job summary

IC Resources in the United Kingdom is seeking a technical leader to guide electronics, software and systems projects for Defence & Security customers. You will drive system architecture, define requirements and work closely with engineers, scientists and government stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.

The role requires a degree in Electronics, Software or a related discipline, with proven leadership on complex product development. Security clearance eligibility is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Software or a related discipline.
• Experience leading or contributing to complex product development projects.
• Strong background in Embedded Software, Electronics Design (RF/High-Speed), FPGA.
• Understanding of Linux, networking and cybersecurity fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of electronics and software projects.
• Drive system architecture and requirements definition.
• Work directly with clients and key stakeholders.
• Support bids, proposals and customer engagement.
• Deliver innovative solutions across the full product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering team.
