Henderson Scott is seeking an Electronics Technical Lead in Hertfordshire. You will oversee high-integrity electronic subsystems across the full lifecycle, from feasibility to production, and lead engineers in delivering complex designs.

The role involves driving qualification, certification, and production transition, with opportunities in power electronics, motor-control, and safety-related electronics within a collaborative engineering environment.

• Significant experience in electronic design, qualification and certification.
• Experience developing complex electronic subsystems.
• Proven ability to technically lead, develop and motivate engineers.
• Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
• Experience developing products from technical requirements.
• Knowledge of product configuration and design control.
• Experience planning and delivering engineering projects or work packages.
• Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
