Job summary

Victim Support in Wales is seeking dedicated Caseworkers for the Antisocial Behaviour team. Two fixed-term, part-time roles (30 and 22.5 hours) with hybrid working across home, outreach stations, and Llanrumney Police Station.

You will assess victims, develop safety and support plans, liaise with local services, and maintain confidential records using a bespoke case management system. Travel across South Wales is required; driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering victim support in statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency settings.
• Experience managing a caseload and completing risk & needs assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Make initial contact with victims via telephone to offer support.
• Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans.
• Liaise with local providers and share information on VS services.
• Maintain confidential records using a bespoke case management system.
