Immediate is home to popular UK brands and content across digital, print and events. As Team Assistant for Gardeners’ World, you’ll ensure smooth admin, manage inboxes and support across editorial, video, digital and commercial teams.

You’ll coordinate schedules, assist with brand events, and handle expenses and purchase orders. The role offers a hybrid, three‑day‑per‑week schedule with competitive benefits and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administrative or team assistant role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional, friendly approach to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Gardeners’ World senior team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and departmental events.
• Manage brand customer service inboxes with timely, on-brand responses and flag recurring issues.
• Coordinate editorial and website inboxes and forward queries to appropriate teams.
• Assist with planning and delivery of brand activity at events, handling logistics and coordination.
• Process expenses and manage corporate card submissions with accurate reporting.
