Job summary

Confidential in Addlestone is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team across digital marketing, events, content creation, and reporting. You will work on website updates via WordPress, assist with emails and newsletters using HubSpot, and help produce marketing materials and internal communications.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, with opportunities to contribute to campaigns, attend client events, and gain exposure to multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing.
• Degree or equivalent in Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with HubSpot and WordPress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team with campaigns across the Group.
• Maintain and update website content via WordPress.
• Coordinate client events, seminars and webinars, including invitations and logistics.
• Assist with internal meetings and larger off-site events (possible overseas travel).
• Assist email marketing campaigns and newsletters using HubSpot.
• Draft and coordinate marketing materials and publications.
