Job summary

Immediate Media Co. is seeking a Team Assistant to help run the Gardeners’ World brand across editorial, content and commercial activity.

You’ll be a central point of contact, handling day-to-day administration, inbox management, and support for brand activity to ensure high-quality content and audience experiences. In this fast-paced role you’ll work closely with editorial, video, digital and commercial teams, providing essential support to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently, with

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or team assistant experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Gardeners’ World senior team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and events.
• Manage brand customer service inboxes, responding to audience queries in a timely, professional and on-brand manner.
• Manage editorial and website inboxes, triaging queries and forwarding to appropriate teams.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for team members and assist with events logistics.
