Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment in professional services
• Experience recruiting accountants, lawyers, consultants, marketing managers and business analysts
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficient with recruitment software, ATS, and professional networks

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for professional services roles across finance, legal, consulting, and marketing
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networks, and direct outreach
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and culture
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience with timely feedback and support
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM and manage pipelines
• Stay informed on industry trends and market intelligence in talent acquisition
• Collaborate with senior consultants and contribute to business development
• Prepare recruitment reports and share market insights with clients
