Job summary

Wescot Credit Services invites a Recruitment Officer to join our UK Talent Acquisition Team in Telford. You will manage multiple vacancies, partner with hiring managers, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

You will source talent via direct search and platforms, create engaging adverts, screen candidates, and drive end-to-end campaigns using Workday ATS with GDPR compliance. This hybrid role offers 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

Qualifications

• Experience in volume and BPO/contact centre recruitment.
• Experience managing full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment markets and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.
• Create engaging job adverts across channels.
• Source candidates via direct search, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates to criteria and manage campaigns to offer stage.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS with GDPR compliance.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the process.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and track activity.
