Job summary

ExamWorks Group is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support our team in Bolton, with hybrid working and a 37.5 hour week. You will screen candidates, manage pipelines, craft ads, and support client vacancies across roles while ensuring GDPR compliance and a positive candidate journey.

Key tasks include resume reviews, proactive sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards, and maintaining accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CV reviews, telephone screenings, candidate assessments and shortlist creation.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and other attraction channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Create engaging job adverts and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent.
• Support the recruitment team with sourcing candidates for client vacancies.
• Identify strong speculative candidates and introduce them to market opportunities.
• Manage vacancy requests and candidate records through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure all recruitment administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a shared recruitment mailbox and respond to candidate enquiries.
• Ensure candidate information is processed and stored in compliance with GDPR requirements.
• Provide candidate market insights and potential client leads identified during sourcing activities.
• Assist the Senior Recruiter and wider team with recruitment projects and ad hoc administration.
