Job summary

The Automobile Association (The AA) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end recruitment for the Road team in a hybrid Oldbury setup. You will manage high-volume campaigns, partner with leaders, and drive hire success through data-driven sourcing and strategic outreach.

You will build candidate pipelines, advise on market trends, and ensure a positive candidate experience while coordinating across multiple vacancies and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment within an in-house TA environment.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and campaigns at pace.
• Strong stakeholder management with recruitment advisory skills.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and using sourcing channels.
• Comfort with recruitment data to monitor performance and drive actions.

• Experience managing high volume recruitment, ideally within an in house Talent Acquisition environment
• Confidence managing multiple vacancies, campaigns and priorities at pace
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide practical recruitment advice and challenge where needed
• Experience building candidate pipelines and using innovative attraction and sourcing channels
• Confidence using recruitment data to understand performance and identify where action is needed
• Experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruitment records
• Strong organisation and communication skills, with a genuine focus on candidate experience
