Job summary

Armstrong Watson is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the People Team in Carlisle, delivering a high‑quality internal recruitment service across all service lines and offices. You will manage the end-to-end process, source talent directly, and support the wider team with admin tasks.

The role requires prior recruitment experience, sourcing ability (LinkedIn Recruiter), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for allocated vacancies.
• Experience sourcing candidates via platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies in line with policies.
• Conduct direct sourcing of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Support Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors with admin tasks and candidate long-lists.
• Develop in-depth understanding of vacancies for best matching candidates.
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System and suggest enhancements.
• Compile Talent Acquisition reports when required.
• Liaise with Recruitment Agencies as needed.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team on projects and tasks.
