Qualifikationen

• Proven experience sourcing candidates and managing talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting or sourcing technology/digital roles is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and engage passive candidates.

Aufgaben

• Source and engage high-calibre candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Build and maintain structured pipelines for technology roles.
• Conduct initial screening conversations and deliver a quality candidate experience.
• Provide market insight on talent trends and competitor activity.
