Job summary

Felix is a national food rescue charity in the UK, operating with 16 partner charities and thousands of volunteers. The Allocation & Logistics Coordinator role supports the processing of surplus food offers, coordinating with food suppliers, transport partners and Regional Centres to distribute food to thousands of beneficiaries.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Excellent communication and written skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure offers are processed within service levels.
Capture key account information in the CRM system.
Match surplus food to Regional Centre needs and maximise redistribution.
Plan transport requirements with hauliers and regional centres.
Analyse Salesforce reports to improve allocation efficiency.
Support training and onboarding of new team members.
Maintain up-to-date team process instructions.
