Job summary

Felix Allocations and Logistics is recruiting an Allocations and Logistics Officer for the National Plan, a remote role that supports processing surplus food offers from our partners into the national network, coordinating with suppliers, transport partners and redistribution centres to maximise social impact.

You will analyse datasets to guide distribution, maintain CRM records, and provide excellent service to charities and food partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Strong organisational skills; able to prioritise with multiple tasks.
• Computer literacy with MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Passion for Felix's mission and the National Plan.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and process offers within service levels.
• Collaborate with Food Commercial Managers; provide feedback and reports on issues.
• Capture key account information in our CRM system and maintain data quality.
