Job summary

NHS Supply Chain is hiring a SP Controller to join the Supply Chain Planning team on a hybrid basis, with two days on-site at the Alfreton office. The fixed-term contract of 6 months offers a starting salary of £32,741, rising to £36,379 over three years, with a closing date of 15 October 2026.

You will manage supplier groups, ensure KPI compliance, and provide data analysis to support horizon scanning and future supply planning. Hybrid working and a supportive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning within a supply chain context and delivering to KPIs.
• Ability to analyse data and present insights to support supply planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute planning activities within a defined framework that affects the unit.
• Investigate supplier incidents and recommend timely actions to ensure service delivery.
• Manage site/factory inventory and resolve discrepancies following procedures.
