Job summary

Peace Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist in Northamptonshire. This hybrid role sits within a global manufacturing business and focuses on aligning production plans with demand.

You will develop production plans, manage MRP, monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing to drive improvements and sustainable supply.

Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning and Materials Planning.
• Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Strong analytical ability with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining production plans to meet customer demand.
• Managing Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Monitoring inventory levels and identifying supply risks.
• Working closely with Procurement, Operations and Manufacturing teams.
• Analysing planning and inventory data to support business decisions.
• Driving process improvements, reducing waste and improving planning efficiency.
• Producing planning reports and KPI information.
